AR Accounts for Clients
You must create an AR account before you can transfer a reservation balance to AR.
1 Account Manager
To create an account for a client, Click Account within the top Menu Bar.
Within the Account Manager panel, search for the client you wish to create an account for.
2 Account Editor
After selecting the client, click the Account Editor tab within the Account Manager.
Click Add to create a new account.
3 Account Details
Enter in the Account Details for the new account.
Account # will be automatically generated after Submitting.
Credit Limit – Enter in the amount that you wish to be the Limit of the account
Terms – Select the billing period.
After all details are entered, press Submit to create the new account.
4 Reservation Balance to AR Account
For guests with AR account, when paying a reservation balance the Payment Type
“AR Transfer” is now available in the Payment Type selection. Balances are transferred into
the Account Manager.
Payment and print options are available from Account Manager.
