Client Editor contains all permanent records of your guests and all the reservations
associated with that guest.
1 Client Details
When a client makes their primary reservation online or an operator created reservation, their
details are stored in their own Master Client Details record.
Any relevant details are also stored, with the clients’ record i.e. Address, Phone, Email.
With future reservations, when the client is recalled via “Search For Client”, their details will
auto-fill the Guest Folio Client Details.
NOTE: Any alterations to details will also update the Master Client Detail record for that client.
2 Person Details
Enter in Member #, if applicable.
Enter in Partner Names, and Description.
3 Warning List
This allows the user to set a warning that will appear when attempting to create a future
reservation informing the operator of important information i.e. Left Property or Disruptive.
Information entered into Warning List Comments will display on the booking screen when this
Client is selected for making a reservation.
4 Reservation History
All reservations made under the client’s name are stored with their Master Record.
NOTE: Do not over-write past client details with a new client’s information.
The new details will be updated against the past client (and their reservation history etc)
resulting in the loss of the original client details. This can not be undone.
(The grid name is not updated, so you end up with the original guest name on the grid and the
over-written new name inside the reservation).
