How to Check Out a Reservation when that client has an Outstanding Balance
First you must create an Accounts Receivable for the Client (Please see How to Create an Accounts Receivable for a Client)
In the Client's Reservation, the Charges/Payments tab, pay off the balance by selecting Payment Type: A/R Transfer
Now you can check out the reservation.
Go to the Acct button on the Primary Client name under Rez Details and select ‘Go to Account Manager’
There you will see a balance of the outstanding reservation. Once the client presents the payment, click ‘Payment’ and the payment type along with the balance.
